Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
I'm expecting to be convicted with Domestic Violence Misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Is it possible, in the State of Ohio, to have that sealed? If so, what are the requirements, and likelihood of the judge sealing it?

It cannot be sealed and the next one is a felony. Very dangerous to take that plea.
