Can I get a expoungment
I have 2 misdemeanors on my record. 1 for alchohol in a park.It's a minor misdemeanor 22 years ago and a DV misdemeanor in 95. Can I get a expoungment in ohio?

Ohio does allow expungement or "sealing" of your record. Your case may or may not be successful. The general rule is that You can get your record sealed if you only have one offense. In your case, you have two items but one is a minor misdemeanor-it is possible that the court would allow the record to be sealed. Sorry...the only convictions that can be expunged are if there is only one conviction of your life. Once you got the second one you were stuck with both.
