Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
How do you expunge a court record?
My husband has a disorderly conduct charge he pleaded guilty to about 6 years ago, we would like to get this expunged from his record. How do you go about doing this? Can it be done without an attorney? Any restrictions or requirements? Thanks
