Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Expungement
Earlier today I asked about having my conviction expunged. What I still need to know whether I can get this accomplished here in Arizona.

Re: Expungement
If the conviction was in an Ohio Court your application has to be filed with that court. Depending upon which Judge is presiding, you may or may not have to travel back to Ohio for a hearing on the application.
