expungement of misdeamor
I am trying to find the procedure for getting a one time misdeamor expunged from a record. Please notify me if this can be done and how it works.

The procedure is outlined in the Ohio Revised Code Section 2953.32.
If you want I can do it for you and charge you $300 if I don't have to go to court with you.
