Expungement

I have a misdemeanor in Delaware county ohio. I would like to get it expunged and Delaware Clerk of Courts said they could not tell me how to do it.

If it is your first and only offense, the record can be sealed upon application. MInor traffic tickets will not prohibit expungement. You need to file a motion with the Court requesting a sealing of the record under ORC 2953.32.
