expungements
why cant I get an expungement? I had a dui in 1994 and a felony theft that was knocked down too a misdemeanor in 2002

Re: expungements
You are not eligible for an expungment because you have two offenses that disqualify you. In order to have your record expunged you must be a "first offender." With a DUI and a theft offense, you have two convictions and therefore you are not a "first offender."
