expungment
my husband had a 5th degree felony drug possesion in 1984, he did his probabation and has no other run ins with the law since. is he eligable? if it were to be expunged could he get his right to own firearms back, ever?

if this is his only conviction of his life he can get this expunged...and he should do so asap since any more trouble would make him ineligible....most traffic tickets are minor misdemeanors and do not make him ineligible, but a DUI would.
