Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
expungment
What are the steps for filing a motion with the court that I was convicted for shoplifting as an adult? How do I contact the court to file this motion? Do I need an attorney to do so? This is my first and only offense and it was over 6 years ago.

Re: expungment
You file a motion with the court - 50 dollar filing fee. If you want guidance I'll give it to you. If you want me to file it for you I'll charge you $3-500.
