How do i exsponge my felony conviction and how long do i have to wait before i can have it done??

Re: Exspongement
To expunge a felony you have to wait until you are off probation or other community control for at least three years. You must also be a first offender. Even a misdemeanor will disqualify you from expungement. The filing is done in the clerk of courts for the common pleas court that convicted you.
