how can i exponge an eleven year old criminal trespassing charge off my record. i have not other criminal record of any kind. this being on my record is preventing some employment

If this is your first and only conviction for any jailable offense which includes DUI or driving under a suspended license, you can apply for expungement from the court that convicted you.

You can expunge your record. Contact the Court to see if they have a form. If not you will need to sign an affidavit with the Petition prepared by a lawyer. You may contact me if you would like me to do it.
