Extradition Hearing
At a Extradition hearing from Ohio to Michigan are statements given in court and are they recorded as in a stenographer? How does one go about to get the transcripts of that hearing ? Would both States have copies ?

Re: Extradition Hearing
For the vast majority of court proceedings, transcripts are not automatically typed up. They must be purchased from the court reporter, who can give you an estimated price, generally payable in advance. Rates can run from $5-$10.00 per page, so even a very brief proceeding can easily cost over $100.00.
