Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio

False Positive Drug Screen Results

I tested positive for opiates on a court ordered drug screening test, and I do not use drugs or alcohol, I was however on the prescribed antibiotic Levaquin {Quinolone} and Robitussin DM {Dextromorphan, DXM}. I have done extensive research and found out that either could show up as opiates on a drug screen. I wanted to know if there was any previous judgements reneded or court cases where this situation might have been fought and won? I would also aprieciate any advice on going forth with this matter. Thank You very much for your time.

Re: False Positive Drug Screen Results

I just had someone released from jail on similar facts. We conducted a hair sample analysis and that exonerated her. Call me directly about this.
