false sex abuse lawsuit claim
Someone I wish I never knew has wriiten from prison (convicted of murders,etc) says he is going to sue me for abuse he says happened 27 years ago. What do i do?
I threw him out of my house areound 1990 when he was 23 when i caught imm and his brother shooting up in my basement. he hates me. I am legally blind and afraid of him. he has been in prison for 10 years and will not get out.

No one can sue once the statute of limitations is expired, and in this case it has passed. I wouldnt worry about it.
