Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
false verbal statement
I might have to testify at a friends hearing. But I gave a false verbal police statement. Nothing was signed. What are my options? What does it mean to plead the fifth? Is that an option for me? What is charge and consequence for doing so?
