been falsely accused of sexual assualt of a three year ols girl im a male what should i do i have a meeting with children services tomorrow in which they told my girlfriend to tell me i haven't received anything myself

You need to hire an attorney before you talk to children's services. The act you are accused of committing is a felony offense. Depending on what they claim you did, it could be punished by life in prison without parole.
DO NOT talk to children's services until you have hired an experienced criminal defense attorney. Anything you say to the children's services person can and will be used to convict you of a crime and send you to prison.
I agree with Mr. Cline. This is a serious matter and you need to treat it as such. Seeking advice on the internet for this is not enough.
