Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio

Need Fast Help!

My friend and I were charged with Criminal Mischief (her) and Obstructing Offical Business(me). She was harrassed into saying she threw eggs at her sisters house and since I used (what I thought was)my constitutional right to keep silent, I got the Obstruction charge. Her little sister called and asked us to do this to mess with their older sister. It left no damage (two eggs and some soup on a concrete porch). Our question is this: We cannot afford attorneys since we live paycheck to paycheck but its just enough to be too much for legal aid. Should we plead not guilty/guilty/no contest? Please help-we've already been to the initial court appearance and asked for a continuance.

Re: Need Fast Help!

If you plead no contest you will be found guilty. If you are not guilty then go to trial.
