Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio

the father of my kids stole over $4,000 from my bank account by stealing, using, and then replacing my ATM card without my knowlede or permission. The police said they were unable to get video from the bank and could not produce evidence and said there was nothing they could do. This person also was stealing my mail and I never recieved bank statments or letters the notified me that the cash reserve on my account was being tapped into because he drained all my funds. I had to pay back the bank over $1,800 and I fear what this person is going to do next because he just keeps on walking

First, you need to change banks. Also, you need to get your mail sent to a PO box where he cannot access your mail. Then, you could sue him since he stole money from your account without your permission.

I would love to help in any way that I can.
