Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Federal felony expongument
I was convicted of aiding and abetting to bank larceny almost 7 years ago by a federal court. 1st and only offense. I will be graduating from college shortly and my felon will be a problem in getting hired at a hospital. Can it be expunged? What can I do? My entired life has been ruined by this one mistake to befriend and trust the wrong people.

Whether it can be expunged depends on if it was a crime of violence. If it was theft such as embezzelment, it could possibly be expunged.
