Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
I am a felon and also a hunter I was resently released from supervison and would like to get the weapons under disablity lifted so I can hunt again. My crime didn't envolve a firm arm.

To obtain a relief from disability you must petition the Court. While the law does not require that you use an attorney to do that, most people find it useful to have an attorney help them with this process. I recommend you start with the attorney who represented you on the felony charge, if he or she is from your home county.
