How to go about getting a felony arrest espundged from your record? How much time has to elasped before this can be done? Cleveland Ohio

You can apply for an expungement one year after court control, that is, one year after your probation is over. Also, you must have no convictions either before OR after the current case. In other words, if you any other conviction you can not get it expunged. Moreover, even if you satisfy the requirements, the judge is not compelled to grant the expungement.
