Can a felony charge be removed from your record if restition is made in full for the amount taken or supposedly taken

in Ohio, if you've been convicted of a felony theft offense, you can have your record sealed only if you have no prior or subsequent convictions of any kind and at least three years have passed since you've been discharged from probation.
