Felony conviction assault

i was convicted of a felonious assault in 2002 that is my only felony conviction, i have had 2 dui in previous years, i am trying to look inot getting my felony conviction sealed or expunged, is there anything i can do in the state of ohio. i was sentenced to a alternate correction facility completed it and had 3 yrs probation, i was released off of probation after just 1 yr from my conviction for completeing everything that was asked of me.

You can only seal the record on a first offense. The DUI's are considered other offenses. In addition, the state rarley ever allows the sealing of a conviction for a crime involving violence.

Under Ohio law you are eligible to have a conviction sealed only if you are a "first offender" -- and even then there are additional requirements. A DUI is considered a criminal conviction and would make you not eligible to have the felonious assault expunged.
