Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Can a felony be expunged?
Our son stole $2000 when he was using drugs. He has since turned his life around but can't find a job
due to the felony.

Re: Can a felony be expunged?
Certain felony charges can be expunged. There are a lot of factors to consider such as whether or not he has a prior record, whether he was "convicted" of the drug charge, whether he is on any form of probation or supervision, etc.

Yes, depending upon how it was resolved in the trial court.
