Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
felony expungement
in the early ninetys i was convicted of grand larceny and was given 6 years unsupervised probation. no jail time . my one and only mistake it happened in va. bch va. what can i do im trying to better myself by going back to school please help

There's nothing you can do about this in Ohio. If expungement is available under Virginia law, you would have to file for it in Virginia, presumably in the court where you were convicted.
