Can a felony 3 be exsponged from your record and how long before it can be done?

Yes, a felony three is generally expungeable, although some offenses no matter what degree they are, cannot be expunged so i need to know which section exactly he was convicted of to know for sure that he can do this. You can call me directly if you want. 216.952.1990
