Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio

felony obstruction of justice

I was arrested on 5/5/07 at my home in Highland County without a warrant or criminal complaint. I'd made a 911 call and called the Ross County sheriff's dept 5+ hours earlier at my parent's home. The Ross Co. task force said I'd called my brother and told him ''Larry Large'' was looking for him. I have cell records to prove calls I made. They also grabbed my phone. I was never read rights, offered phone call, and spent night in jail. The officer filed complaint 2 days after arrest, then didn't appear at prelim hearing. I'm a nurse and this is going to destroy my career, and could cost my license. I DID not call my brother. I don't associate with him. When this is over, can I sue for malicous prosecution, false arrest? Please advise

Re: felony obstruction of justice

Could you please clarify: are the charges in Ross County or Highland County? If your case is in Ross County, I might be able to help you. Please feel free to contact me, either by phone or email.
