A felony being removed from record
About 10 years ago a young lady was convicted of Welfare fraud in Cleveland, Ohio. We would like to know is there anyway this can be removed from her record and if so, what should we do?

In order to get an expungement, you need to make sure that you are a first offender. In otherwords, if you have any prior jailable offense including DUI or suspended licenses, you will not be eligible for this.
