Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
felony
I was wanting to know if you were charged with a first, second or third degree felony is there a statue of limitation or if it just stays with you? If it has to do with the crime it would be like example breaking and entering with someone in the home.

Re: felony
Unless you have the charge expunged it will always be there. If it has been longer than three years, and it is your only charge, get it expunged NOW.
