Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
felony warrent
I found out 1 week ago I has a warrent for my arrest from 2005, for a bad check went to court for the arainment, paid the check and now have to go to a preliminary hearing will I go to jail?

There is not enough information to say whether you will go to jail, but it does not seem likely if you take the proper steps to defend yourself. You need to hire an attorney, have the warrant set aside, and then resolve the charge.
