Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
help
my fiance was arrested tuesday morning and he was charged with theft and forgery. however when the officer tried to arrest him he ran so now he is being charged with escape, resisting arrest and obstructing offical business. he has a public defender representing him but i am not getting any answers. please tell me how much time he is looking at in jail. thank you!
