Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
My Fiance got himself in some hot water. He recently went into depression due to a DUI and losing his job. He is being charged with a 1st offense in underage possession and recite. He was molested by family growing up. We have a pre-court date in Jan. What could the outcome be for this and after probation, will he ever be allowed to be near kids? Even his own?

You should tell your fianc� to chill out !!
Thousands of people get DUI's every month. They aren't prohibited from seeing their kids. They spend a 3 day weekend at an alcohol seminar and are fined about $500. It's expensive. But it's not the end of the world.
I don't know what you mean by "recite."
