Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
My fiance is in the midst of a criminal case and I just wanted to know if there is a statue of limitations in which a state has to bring him to trial? He has had 4 scheduled trial dates, and no trial always continued by the state! He has never requested a continuance!
