Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
I have filed assult charges against my boyfirend's ex-wife because she punched me in the face. I had a black eye and bruising on my arm where she grabbed it. I told the officer the same story everytime asked. Now she has filed assult charges against me. She stated to the officer that I started attacking her by pulling her hair but the papers that I was served with she states that I pushed her. Which is not true at all. I have the broken sunglasses, medical bills, and pictures of my eye and arm all from that day. If she gets a lawyer should I get one?
