Haven't Filed Taxes
I haven't filed taxes in 4 years. I have had them taken from my pay, just havent filed.What should I do first?

The first thing to do is to prepare the tax returns for the four years. If you cannot do that yourself, you need to hire someone who can do it for you. When you get the tax returns completed you will find out whether or not you owe any money. If the only income you had was from a normal job where the employer withheld taxes (and if the employer withheld the proper amounts) then you may not owe any taxes.
Next, you want to have an attorney (or enrolled IRS Agent -- often accounts are enrolled IRS Agents) contact the IRS to file your returns. You will certainly owe penalties and interest.
Do not delay. Failure to file tax returns is a felony criminal offense and you could be sentenced to a federal prison.
