Filiinf forms for expungement of records
I want to file through my local court to have records expunged from my background check. I was wondering if there were forms online so that I could do this myself or do I nned to hir a lawyer

I have never been in any court that has pre-printed forms for expungements. The requirements are that the offense be your first and only since the date of the offense. If it is a misdemeanor, you can file for expungement after one year. If it's a felony, three years. The time is computed from the final conclusion of the case. That means that, for example, that if restitution was ordered by the court, the three years starts from when the restitution was completely paid in full.
