Filing a motion 'Pro bono'
When filing a motion 'Pro bono' do I have to have me signiture notarized? if so what law what law requires me to do this?

No notary needed, but you do have to include a Certificate of Service signed by you. It is just a short paragraph that says that you forwarded a copy of the motion to the opposing party with the party's name and address included along with the date it was sent.
