Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Forgery
My husband works for a company and gets paid on signed contracts that his clients sign to do business with the company. He gets his commission from his boss once they sign the contract. If he signs the contract himself and forges their signature, gets his commission, what can happen if his boss goes after him?

Yes, exactly what you have as a subject heading, forgery. It could be a felony depending on the conditions. I do a lot of criminal law. If you are in or around Summit County, give me a call if you wish for a free consultation.
