Forgot Fingerprints
I was fingerprinted when i was originally arested but the deputy sheriff who did it did not send them to the courts. i was already charged but i got a court order to get re-fingerprinted. Is there any way to get the charges dropped and get charges off myy record?

Re: Forgot Fingerprints
If you're asking whether the charges can be dropped because the deputy did not send your fingerprints to the court and you have been ordered to get re-fingerprinted, the answer is no. There may be some other way to get the charges dropped, but certainly not for that reason.
