Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
If my foster daughter is sixteen years of age and she has sex with a 30 year old man and the girl comes up pregnant can the courts get him to take a dna test when the baby comes out if she says that they had sex and he doesnt want to take one.

If this occurs you would need to file a parentage action in order to determine who the father is. The typical reason why this is done is for child support purposes. The court can order him to submit to the test.
I would suggest that you have an attorney draw up the paperwork for you to do this action. I only charge $200 for a paternity action.
