Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
i have a friend that was charged with a gross sexual imposition back in 1998 he was having consenual relationship with a friend that his mother filed charges on. the case was served given only two years and having to register as a sex offender. this is now 2010 and there has never been anyother cases reguarding this. the case should of never went to trial and the sexual predator ststus should of not happened. how can i get this removed for them

How you can possibly get this removed is hire a lawyer. This is certainly not a matter for a lay person. It will take knowledge of the statute and brief-writing skill.
