When a case is dismissed for future indictment it just means that the prosecutor's office has decided not to present the case to a grand jury right now or proceed with a preliminary hearing to have the defendant bound over. The case is dismissed because the municipal court does not have jurisdiction over the felony in the complaint.

The defendant will receive a summons in the future when the case has been indicted to appear to answer the charges and should keep watch for this to avoid a warrant.
