Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
A friend of mine is ordering ketamine from india via email and blocking his computers proxy. He is sending the items under a false name to his home. If customs were to intercept this package, with a good lawyer, would he be able to beat trafficking charges since nothing is linking back to him?

This conduct is illegal. A good lawyer cannot make illegal conduct legal. Your friend may be able to "beat the charge" if the State cannot prove it was him, but he is taking a huge risk.
