Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
my friend got a ticket for orc 2925.14 drug paraphernalia. however he also had a small bag of weed too and the ticket states that he had the bag and the officer only charged him with the paraphernalia charge though and no possession... i was just wondering what the min to max hed get charged with in summit county ohio because he doesnt seemed worried about it at all and he stated to me hes just going to plea guilty and put this behind him.

If it is a misdemeanor of the first degree, he could get a maximum of $1,000 fine and/or 6 months in jail. (Not likely).
