Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
can the government keep someone in jail if they plea bargained a specific sentence and now the inmate is overduing his/her sentence?

The judge is not required to follow the sentencing recommendation of a plea bargain. They almost always do but they are not required....Call me directly if this didn't answer your question. 216.952.1990
