Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
i was handed a order to appear in court by my federal probation officer less than 24 hours before the court time. nothing was ever mailed and my attorney was never informed of court. is this legal?

It is not illegal, per se, to give short notice. What happened at the hearing? Did your attorney show up? Were you forced to proceed without an attorney? Did the hearing go well or was it a problem? Without knowing these things, there is not much I can comment on.
