Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
How should i handle a ticket that was issued to me because i was in a hunting area discharging a firearm?The ticket states that i discharged a firearmin a recreation and parks area in a parking lot.The parkofficer did not witness me shooting,only setting up targets.Should i plea not guilty or no contest?
