Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Harassment Laws
I am interested in knowing if a web site was created with all legal court documents on
a paticular person would be considered harassment. All these documents would have been used dirctley as evidence to win a case. I believe this site could help others from being the next victim in a con-artist skeem.

Re: Harassment Laws
Pleadings filed in court are public documents, however, if they are published for the sole purpose to harass, it may be possible to seal the records.
