Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Hello,
I was recently accused of Aggravated menacing. A man whos wife i was involved with for a short time was repeatedly calling my phone and harrassing me. Later i was at a friends house and the man called the police on me. They arrested me and said the man told them i threatened his life. He got nothing and they let him go. Now im faced with this serious crime what should i do?
