In Ohio, how long does a person have to wait to have his or her record expunged for a third degree felony if the have served their time and are not on probation?

Some charges usually sexual offenses and offenses of violence can never be expunged, however the wait for a felony is 3 years from the time you are off probation to have a conviction sealed if it is your only offense.
